From the Founder: Fighting for What’s Right

As a Gulf War veteran with Gulf War Illness, I’ve personally experienced the frustrations of navigating misdiagnosed conditions, inadequate care, and claims adjudication that just doesn’t understand the complexities of Gulf War Illness. Too many of our brothers and sisters have been left behind by a system that doesn’t fully recognize the scope of the issues we face.

That’s why I founded Veterans of the Gulf War Alliance—to advocate for every veteran who feels lost in this system and to bridge the gap between innovative treatments and the veterans who need them most. Whether it’s fighting for proper claims processing or connecting veterans with pharmaceutical trials, we’re committed to making real changes.

Pharmaceutical Developments: Clinical Trials Update

New treatments for Gulf War Illness are emerging, and Veterans of the Gulf War Alliance is proud to connect veterans with clinical trials that could change their lives.
